LACR 226 - SIFT: Quantity and Quality In this course, students explore basic information about how to describe and compare observations, predictions, and outcomes using both qualitative and quantitative measures. Student explore excerpts from the literature and learn how to frame questions that can be explored empirically in the course of a short-term study. Meets with LASM 801 Fundamentals of College Math.
Prerequisites & Notes Student must have entered after Fall 2005. Enrollment in BS, BFA, or BM degree program required. Successful completion of LACR 009 or LACR 100 where required as a result of English placement exam.
