FNDP 101 - Sketching and Drawing


This course provides individuals who are not majoring in visual arts with basic skills required to represent the form of simple objects and the presence of space on a two-dimensional surface. No prior drawing experience or portfolio of work is required to enroll in this course. In-class projects focus on fundamental principles, while homework assignments support the students as they develop the ability to sketch and draw, and think and plan, using manual drawing tools and materials. Prerequisites & Notes
Priority enrollment to Theater Design and Technology students. Not open to students in the College of Art and Design.

Credits: 1.5 cr, 3 hrs
