MUSC 661 Music Production and Video

Capturing performance content is becoming a critically important skill for creative artists. In this course, students will learn the skills and technology to produce quality audio and video productions. Content will include music preparation and organization, leading musicians through the recording process, and multi-track recording and editing. Students will explore video production fundamentals like basic lighting, videography, and editing to pull together an overall aesthetic, combining music and video into a singular artistic vision of the artist.

Open to Masters in Jazz Studies only.
