Required Studio Electives

Pre-certification students should complete at least three upper-level credits in a two-dimensional medium if their major is in a three-dimensional area, and vice versa. Other studio work must include at least one course each in photography, computer with graphics applications, painting, drawing, ceramics, and printmaking. An art history course, other than Western, is required. AEDU 533, AEDU 541, AEDU 542, and AEDU 560 fulfill Art Education and studio elective requirements outside of the major program.
