Apple Calendar

1. Click here. Depending on your browser you will either be prompted to open the calendar app (on a mac, iPhone, or iPad) or be prompted to select which calendar app to use to open the file.
2. Allow the calendar app to open the file and follow prompts.

Google Calendar
