The University is forming a new college that will serve as the administrative home to both the Division of Liberal Arts and the Division of Continuing Studies. With a vibrant and growing Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing program, the Division of Liberal Arts will be elevated to the status of a School. The name of this new School, its continuing Liberal Arts mission, and leadership are central to the planning process of the new college. A similar process of planning and organization will take place in the Division of Continuing Studies with a focus on the graduate professional degree programs. Dean Erin Elman is leading conversations and planning around the development of the new College.
